We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.
Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging, with any tags still attached.
Items that cannot be returned
Items that have been worn, damaged after delivery or returned without their original packaging cannot be accepted.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
How to request a return
Write to us using the details on our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, we issue the refund within 5 to 7 business days. Online payments are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on every order, so there are no shipping charges to refund.
